We have prepared a code of ethics to define and share guiding principles for running the company’s activities.
This choice proves to be of fundamental importance for the company’s regular functioning, management reliability and its image. It is aimed at ensuring maximum probity, moral integrity and respect for the law.
It includes management, employees and all those who work daily for and with S.I.L.C., even if they are external collaborators or suppliers.
The code of ethics includes the principles by which we regulate our company’s activities:
- Ethics principles regarding information
- Ethics principles regarding behaviour at the workplace
- Ethics principles in business relationships.
The fundamental values which inspire these principles are integrity, honesty, probity, respect and reciprocal trust, without discrimination.
